Privacy Policy

While using our service, including website and clinical interactions, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you.  Personally identifiable information, also called PHI, may include, but is not limited to: full name, email address, usage data, and phone number.  Usage data is collected automatically when utilizing the service (website) from any device (including but not limited to a cellular phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer), which may include your device's IP address, browser type, pages you visit on this website, date of your visit, and other diagnostic data.

The Lotus Therapeutic Services LLC website located at www.lotustherapeutic.com (and any subsequent url that may replace it in the future) and its online content, is copyrighted work belonging to Lisa Stininger.  Certain features of this website and its online content, collectively knows as "site," may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted on the site in connection with such features.  All additional terms guidelines, and rules are incorporated by reference into these terms.  These Terms of Use describe the legally binding terms and conditions that oversee use of the site.  By logging onto the site, you are consenting to compliance with these terms and our privacy policy, and you represent that you have the authority and capacity to consent to Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.  You should be at least 18 years of age to access this site.  If you are not in agreement with these terms, you should not utilize the site.  These terms require the use of arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes, and also limit the remedies available to you in a dispute.

Copyright Policy

Lotus Therapeutic Services, LLC respects the intellectual property of others and asks that users of our site do the same.  In connection with this site, we have adopted and implemented a policy respected copyright law that provides for the removal of any infringing materials and for the termination of users of our online site you are repeat infringers upon intellectual property rights, including copyrights.  Any misrepresentation of material fact in a written notice automatically subjects the complaining party to liability for any damages, costs and attorney's fees incurred to us in connection with the written notification and allegation of copyright infringement.  Before either party may seek arbitration, both must first send to the other a written Notice of Dispute describing the nature and basis of the claim or dispute and the requested relief.  After the notice is received, Lotus Therapeutic Services, LLC may attempt to resolve the claim or dispute informally within 30 days.  The parties hereby waive their constitutional and statutory rights to go to court and have a trial in front of a judge or jury, instead electing the claims and disputes shall be resolved by arbitration.
